My brother introduced me to Morels...
years ago we hunted for these
little beauties and got enough for a good taste.
They were wonderful!!
Fried up in a cast iron pan in a dash
of butter and some olive oil.
No spices..their flavor alone was heaven...
I hadn't seen a Morel for a long time..
Aren't they just beautiful??

My husband has a thing for mushrooms so over time I've learnt to keep an eye out for them. It's amazing just how beautiful they can be, love the look of the morels and your inpsired piece.
You are making me so hungry. I make a mushroom lasagna and maybe morels would be another good addition to all the mushrooms I use now.
